The color was a light khaki and close to the color of the movie. My disappointment came in the actually quality of construction. The seam allowance material was on the outside in areas. The pack was nice but the gun portion was weak. However, the costume was a smash. Older folks and young alike really like the costume. Great nostalgia quality.
Not Close to Authentic, Big let down
Would of been alright had the costume been the right color (khaki) but it instead came as a faded yellowish color. Very disappointing. I got frustated and just went and got a pistol belt and Khaki Flight Suit (both availible through Amazon) and it cost me about the same(60.00 US). About the only kind of worthwhile thing about this costume is the inflatible proton pack. Overall a waste of money and another case of buyer beware.
