Ad indicated that one waist size fits all. When the package arrived the package stated "up to waist size 34" which is certainly not one size fits all.

The picture of the kilt is a bit misleading. When it arrived and I opened it up I was horrified to see that it was heavily pleated all the way around (like a school girl skirt). I had bought this for a male friend of mine and it looks a bit silly when he puts it on, however for the price it will serve its purpouse.
Great kilt to be irish for a day
I bought the kilt for game night that a bunch of couples get together for every month. It fit the bill for game night during St.Patrick's weekend.
