Do you want to dress like a beaver that's down on his luck? Well, here's your chance. The facial expression on the product is exactly as portrayed in the picture and is quite comical.
Head piece is pillow like and very warm, while body is a bit more breathable, but still warm. Excellent for October nights. The eyes allow for decent sight for a mascot costume, especially for this price range.
The feet attach like spats over the shoes and are best if you pin them to the front of the legs to minimize movement.
The hands are sewn to the main body one piece suit and are one size fits most. A few safety pins shores them up for better fit and dexterity.
Overall, excellent costume. Product comes in a reusable zippered bag that is perfect for storage.Great Quality

They only had XL size left, which I purchased, and it seemed to fit fine (my husband is 6'1 and I am 5'3.) Although the heads were quite big, and kept falling forward, doesn't stay in one place. Have to kind of re-position the head while wearing it, which was a bit annoying, but maybe that's b/c I bought the XL size. Overall this thing makes you look like Santa. And if that's all you want, then mission accomplished. However, if you're looking for a really good quality suit at an affordable price, well then you're only getting one of those. The hat that came with my suit had a pink color all over the white fluffy part and the tip. The gloves are pretty good, but a little bit small. The top is nice and a good fit for the Santa look. The belt is really cheap- the hole will expand very easily from the buckle after the first wear. The boot covering that come with the suit are the worst. Throw those away and get yourself a good pair of Santa boots. Oh and there is no wig, so you gotta buy one of those separately. If anything, use this suit as a foundation to make a better Santa costume. Hope this helped!Family Santa

Although the chest and upper arms of the costume were well padded to give the muscle look, the lower torso and forearms were completely paddingless, ruining the effect. The claws were so horribly flimsy I had to go out and buy a separate pair. There was no X-Men belt buckle either. The lower portion fit like baggy pyjama pants. All in all, I would rate this costume a 6.5/10Poor customer service for a good product.
The product was fine. However, I cannot rate the vendor as well as the merchendise. Shortly after ordering the costume we discovered we were going to be unable to use it. When I called to return it, I discovered that the return policy for this product did not permit a return. However, I asked to speak to a manager in order to request an exception since the costume was purchased for a fundraising event for a school library. This all occurred after Halloween. we were trying to return it since any expense would come out of the money we were trying to make for the school. I was shuffled through three operators only to be given the email for an individual who could supposedly make the final decision. It has been over a month and I have yet to here a response from them. I am not claiming they should have given me a return, I know I was requesting an exception to the rule. However, the lack of response speaks volumes about the management. I liked the look of this product and the feel was nice as well. The craftsmanship was good compared to most costumes you find at the stores. The only issue I had with this product was the sizing. "one size fits most adults" is not a proper sizing tool and did not work in my case. I am of average height. I am slim muscular build and the top part of the costume didn't come down to my waist. It should have not only come to my waist but provided some overlap with the pants.
All in all the costume will be okay if you are shorter, then the pants may be a little long, or if you find a shirt that is a close match to the costume so you can blend the mid section.

Overall the costume is as advertised. I purchased the XL version.
The headpiece is a flexible plastic/rubber with fake hair in two pieces on each side. It uses elastic to hold it in place. A little tight but I have a large head.
The gloves are are a poly stretch material and rather cheap looking (did not use them as they were ill fitting.)
The smock is just that. A pull over smock with printed decals. It fit fine and was fairly true to size (I have 46 inch shoulders and it was just big enough to allow movement).
It sufficed for my purposes and time constraints, but you could easily assemble a better version of this by picking up individual items (wig, gloves smock/lab coat) and building it yourself.> Click to See Editorial Reviews

I looked around for ideas and even went to a large local costume store plus a lot of on-line shopping. Everything I looked at seemed flimsy, especially the ones I tried on at the local shop. I settled on this one because it advertised as being a true X-large size (I'm a 48 chest) and the ones at the local shop were all too tight. I am really glad I made this selection. When it arrived and I opened the heavy box, I was pleasantly surprised. For just over $30, the costume was made of substantial material with detailed and realistic trimmings including the built-in velvet mantel.....I did add (at some additional cost)a hood and a half-face mask from another source to complete the look I wanted. (total outlay around $50) I wore black sandals from my existing shoes to finish things off. This costume is warm worn over even light clothing. Might be too...nicely designed
Very nice costume and nice heavy material as well so you are definitely getting your moneys worth for it. Very authentic, I went to a party with it and the party was in a non heated garage and everyone was cold but I was not cold at all it was very comfortable and also works great for hiding beers in your long sleeves. I got this costume on sale at a local Spencer's Gifts years ago. The robe fabric is surprisingly heavy (not paper-thin and flimsy that exposes you in the wrong places), and the top part is an equally heavy velvet. The elbows have an elasticity around them which enables the lower, draping arm sleeve to hang right. First of all I have to say i'm a fan of the movie and man, it was awesome. Now upon looking at the picture of this costume, I was dissapointed on how it was made. It totally looks toga like or romanish, but nevertheless I wanted it. I believe this one is the deluxe version. I wanted this one cause it had the shin guards unlike the regular costume. Now when I got it the armor including the helmet was all mad from vinyl. They have that spandex thing on them, so any person would have no problem putting them on. The helmet also has it to, to make the helmet look tight on your head. It's comfortable and it doesn't bother your neck. Also about the helmet it's kinda floppy just any ordinary halloween mask, but as you put it on it takes shape. Now the main part of the costume, it's really much silk like but soft too. I recommmend you put it on carefully cause it's kinda thin you know. I have not torn mine, but i just wanna let you know. When it's on there's a part in the back where you have...Cheap, uncomfortable, smelly
Everything is made of rubber. Does not look good, is not comfortable and smells like rubber bands.

I loved this for the most part. The mask works how it is supposed to. There is a catch. Half of the upper lip was not attached to the plastic piece that raises the upper lip to give the mouth moving effect. I was expecting this, based on other reviews, so I just bought some rubber cement to fix the issue. I wrapped blue masking tape around the mask over the glued lip to hold the lip down until dry and now it works fine. The costume was nice except the white hands have squared off finger tips. I didn't care for that. Looked kind of cheesy. This set has its flaws but good costume overall.don't bother
In the process of getting the foam inserts in the mask it broke (ones that allow it to fit to your face). This jacket is good for the price. That's about it. It is not fitted in any way, and comes with a flimsy belt. It was needed for one night (as is often the case) and was worn by an energetic teenager. I noticed when it returned home that there was a big tear along the seam under the arm which was repaired easily but for the price paid and for what it was needed for, it did the job.Cute
Although they are of a cheap material, I knew what I was getting. So the price was perfect. It was used for decoration but I really believe it would have held up well if used as a costume. Arrived as scheduled.Good for the price
My youngest son needed an inexpensive Santa jacket for a short Christmas play, and this product fit the bill. My older son also wore it to film a video for our Church Christmas program. The jacket held up for both activities, but we had to throw it away after that. However, that was about what I expected for the price. The jacket and hat are not plush like traditional Santa suits. Rather, they are constructed of a felt-like material that will pill and come apart with time and use. Again, this is an inexpensive piece, so it met my expectations. The belt is a thin synthetic material with a plastic buckle. We pinned it in place, and it served its purpose nicely. If you're looking for an authentic-looking, durable costume, I suggest you look elsewhere. First of all, I ordered this shirt at the last minute from "Designs by Kate", and they went above and beyond to get it to me in time. Secondly, the shirt itself is very high quality. Crisp, white and well-laced- it looks like something that might actually be worn in the period. I.e., it's not your typical costume historic shirt or a thin, poorly made fabric like one so often finds. I'm 5'6" and the small sizing was a tad big around the waist, so if you're a thin frame consider a smaller-than-normal size. But that's just a matter of sizing- all around this shirt can't be beat for the double the price.Good Shirt
I purchased this shirt for my husband to wear to a festival. It's good quality and should last for quite awhile. I would consider buying a size s/m if you usually wear a large size t-shirt. My husband usually wears a large, and I ordered him the l/xl shirt, but it's pretty roomy.Great peroid style shirt
Just got this shirt in the mail today. Great quality period style shirt. Perfect for a swashbuckler, noble, or, if you add some filth, a great peasant shirt as well. Gold eyelets and a silk string for the chest and comfortable yet strong elastic around the wrists. Material breathes without feeling light and cheap. Mask is a little uncomfortable and the hat is kind of heavy. Staff and gloves shown in the picture are not included. Suit comes with the pants top hat mask and a just about worthless 2" wide piece of cloth for a belt. Very scary costume...everywhere I went all the kids would run away or hide behind their parents even though I wasn't trying to be scary. Overall fit is good though the pants' elastic is a bit weak.
