My wife wore this costume and she looked great in it. She has been a zombie chic before but this was the best. she sprayed green stuff in her hair and on her skin and she applied a few of the zombie infection scars and also wore the surgical mask that goes along with the costume. Definitely get that mask... it is cool... and the matching thigh highs with green stuff on them. Costume is one size fits all... my wife is 7/8 and she looked awesome in it!
