Get your ugly logo off of my butt
I ordered an all black suit as part of a halloween costume. Would have been happy with this purchase except for the fact that it says "MORPHSUITS" in bright white letters across the butt. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an all black costume. Thanks for forcing me to advertise your crappy brand without my knowledge, I will never purchase from you again and will urge anyone to buy from a different brand in the future.

I ordered an XL, just because i wanted to keep this as i grew. The product arrived a week early, which was AWESOME. the product came in a simple bag, but was in GREAT condition, considering it was being delivered all the way from the UK. It is a lot of fun to wear this, I will suggest compression shorts underneath, if going out in public, unless you wear normal shorts outside. Overall, this is a great product, and i have been using for about 2 months, very durable.

Great Suit but Cust. Svc. Stinks
Happy w/the suit we ordered and received last year, but extremely unhappy w/their lack of customer service. Order got "hung up" each time (twice) I tried to order and clicked "pay". They ignored my repeated phone calls and e-mails to request that they only ship and charge for one suit. Obviously, they got the messages b/c they did only send one suit to me, but they charged my credit card twice. More repeated attempts to ask them to reverse the duplicate charge. Their way of handling the duplication of charges was to force me to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card company. Perhaps they were hoping I wouldn't bother? Or perhaps that's their lazy way of dealing with this sort of incident? Either way, it proves to me that they don't know what "customer service" means.

A word of warning: If you are in the U.S. and purchasing via credit card from Morphsuits, be aware that they are a UK company and the same credit card protections that we are afforded in the...
