We ordered this costume and it was just as described. It is a black hooded tshirt with large horns. The horns did flop forward alot but we found that wearing a hat under the hood helped. Paired with a (fake)septum piercing, this costume was a huge hit.

The only thing I would have liked to know beforehand is that the costume is the hood but also the shirt - it's all attached. But, it did the trick!
