I ordered this for an event with my daughter and payed the extra for overnight shipping. The seller stay on the order for a day and thus the overnight didn't get it to me on time. I was able to work a deal with FedEx and was able to get it within a couple hours of needing it. Amazon also refunded my overnight charge. Good for Amazon, Bad for Nathan's House of Costumes. Also, when I opened the costume, it was very dirty and needed to be cleaned before it could be worn. Considering I only had a little more than an hour, I had to steam it by hand, and Febreze it to make it work. All in all, a horrible experience, and would not do business again with Nathan's House of Costumes. I did end up keeping the costume, as it is a nice one, and I can use it again sometime.
