This costume is as you expect any halloween costume to be. I don't expect much but it did hold up through our evening of trick-or-treating. Ours didn't have a belt that went with it. I'm not sure if that's standard or not. If so, the description is incorrect. Our costume was new so there shouldn't have been any items missing. The little velcro piece at the top back of the costume was too small to secure.
