Rubie's apparently loves to use deceptive images and vague wording in order to sell their products (see my other review for Rubie's Costume Co Unisex - Adult Walking Dead TV Show Zombie Patient Costume with Molded Wound). The image clearly shows a face wound, and the description says "Includes molded wound and headpiece." However, the "molded wound" they are apparently referring to is the one sewn into the shirt. Lame!
Otherwise, the quality of the costume is expected for its $19.99 price tag. The lab coat is a stretchy fabric and the teal shirt part is felt. They cut a hole for the stomach wound like an asterisk, so you must trim it to truly show the guts, which I suppose is a nice feature because it allows for some customization. The headband is a plastic disc on a elastic band.

I like the costume very much. I thought though that a mask came with it, so am very disappointed in that, but I do like the shirt.
Worked well and as intended.
Add a little fake blood here and there and its all good. It DOES NOT come with any sort of mask or fake wounds of any type. Its the little mirror piece and the jacket. Just wish they had used a different material for the green part.
