This cape made my 9 year olds Elvis costume perfect! He totally rocked it! Perfect finishing touch. Just a little bit itchy under his neck where it velcroed together, but he was able to deal.
This cape "has it covered"!
I am very pleased with the bling and quality of this item for such a small price. It is a great addition to the Aloha Costume.
