The costume arrived on time, but it was very wrinkled. It looked like someone had taken the costume out of the factory package, but instead of re-folding the costume, it was just shoved it back in the bag. I like the costume, but I was unhappy with its condition upon arrival. If you order one, make sure you have a steamer handy as you cannot iron the costume. I had to borrow a steamer from a coworker which was a hassle.
