I used this as a base for a yo gabba scarecrow. Worked well for this, and I noticed the machines that stitched the pieces together completely missed some spots, you can see how the machine ran off the wrong way. It would have made it fit incorrectly (the hat) on a person, but I made it work fine for a scarecrow. I don't think I'd have purchased this for a person to wear, there's better quality out there.
