I was so excited about ordering this item because I thought it was the GREATEST costume out there for Little Red Riding Hood's Big Bad Wolf. My husband and I are doing theme costumes this year and we both loved the costume, especially the mask. Loved how the entire mask looked furry and fuzzy, though we assumed the actual face itself was felt while the rest of the mask was furry. Loved the snarl and the scarry look of it. Loved that all fur covered all parts of the body not exposed by the night gown. What a perfect costume, right?
Wrong.
We got the costume and we knew the granny glasses were not included, but nowhere on any website selling this costume did it say that there were boot covers ONLY- the fur going up the leg was NOT included. And the mask doesn't even cover the neck! Not only that, but the mask was SOOOOO smashed in that it looks like this Wolf Granny got into a fight that broke his nose- no matter what we tried, we couldn't get the nose straight. It...
Awesome costume!
This costume is super fun! The nightgown is nice and airy. My boyfriend is 6'1" and the costume fit perfectly. The sleeves go all the way down to his gloves. The only cons are that the mask and gloves get hot and sweaty. Also there are no fur legs. Only shoe coverings. All that aside, it's a wonderful costume. Comical and scary together.
