I ordered this product for a student film I am making, and it's great! I looked all around for a realistic bear costume and a lot of them either look cuddly/creepy or like mascot costumes. This one is made really well and looks awesome.
I've had mine for a few days and the seem by the zipper is already starting to tear, also it sheds like crazy the first time you wear it so be sure to shake it out or buy a lint brush. The head was kind of tight as well, but I picked at the foam (it was easy and didn't harm the shape of the head at all) and it fit way better and was easier to breath in it. Lastly, the company who makes these are impossible to get ahold of. I emailed them through Amazon and they never got back to me (there was some shipping questions). But I got it before I thought I would anyway, so it worked out.
Overall the costume is great and is exactly what I was looking for.
