Good add ON
The jacket fits more square than tapered like shown in the picture. It is boxy and large. It fits more like a 44 than adjustable. It will still be a perfect add on to my husbands costume. No real alterations needed. He does have short arms and is 5'6 and the arm sleeve length is not very long...but with a Deep Red long sleeve shirt, it will come out the ends perfectly. A little tapering of the middle might be in store.
Give it some extra and it's decent
$20 for the jacket, and $30 to have it taken in. I'm far from a small guy at 6'1" and 215lbs, but this thing was way oversized through the midsection and had to go to the tailor. The result is ok, though still a little large at the very bottom and a bit too small at the shoulders, as well as maybe an inch too short in the arms, but it'll be fine for Halloween with the rest of the accessories I've picked up. I'm not really sure what sort of rotund shape this was designed for, but the fabric and look are good if you factor in some extra cost, time, and attention. It seems fairly warm and doesn't feel like it will breathe much, so don't plan on adding an undershirt or anything, just grab a pendant and leave the chest bare like the picture.
Warlock Jacket Costume
This Jacket was expected to be for a costume do I didn't expect exceptional quality, however it was way to big. The size read 44 chest but it was more like 50. I had it tailored and the collar sewn down, it fits great now..
