This item could never be sold in a store where you could physically inspect it because the hat is cheap and plastic and it's attached
to the mask.
What I learned from buying my costume online.
From now on, I will make sure I've actually seen it at a store like
the Party Galaxy first.
I really don't see anyone wearing this hat and mask portion of this costume. The cape was the only thing good about it.
