After reading the reviews on all of the other California Costumes on Amazon, I knew the mask would require a little bit of work to get it properly shaped. Here is what I did and hopefully it helps others:
1.) Soaked the mask in hot water for 10 minutes.
2.) Let it dry over night around a laundry detergent bottle that fit in it snugly. (Tide)
3.) Stuffed it with a couch pillow for the head, and a towel for the mouth and jaw features.
4.) Then I took a hair dryer and heated the mask up till it became malleable and was able to shape the mask even more till I was satisfied.
5.) Lastly I let it cool while it was still stuffed.

This was well worth the money but a few things would have made it much better. The first thing which was not so good- I was sent two right hand monster gloves- it would been better if I got a left and a rigth. The mask is super but its very frim, I had it out of the bag for over a week and could not get the chin straigthen out. The area around the face especially the eyes could have been made with aa softer materail- rubbed my rigth upper cheek by my eye. The shoulder pads could have velcro closer instead of string.
I wore this for an hour passing out candy at work and lost 10 gallons of water. I got very good comments on the costume.

My husband is 6'2 2520lbs, the costume fit absoluetly amazing, i couldn't have imagined it would be this perfect!!! no one will top this on halloween
