I am going to A-Kon in dallas for 2013 and made my order at the beginning of the month. It really helps if you give them the size details they do ask and any other questions you may have. They respond very quickly and very nice giving you updates on the product and more. I recieved my order in the time they do say which for me was rather 2 1/2 week if you tell them your situation why you need it fast.
