Great Costume
This is a great costume. It just needs a little help to keep the large round head from flopping - I used a bit of cardboard. Worked great. I had 341 trick-or-treaters at my house and everyone loved it. I could see out through the mouth, but it didn't impact the appearance. It's light weight and the foam folds up for easy storage - no wrinkles. It will fit an apple-shaped plus size woman (2x) without problem. Price for value is excellent. It will be worn again...
Good Bones
I only gave this costume 2 stars as the head design is so poor. I was able to rework it and it will be great. Like other reviews I read, I used red mesh in the mouth so that you can see out, but your face doesn't show. Found a red basketball jersey at a thrift shop for 50 cents and cut out the size I needed for the mouth. Then I used a ball cap - first took off the bill, took just a min. to do this with a seam ripper - and sewed the front of the cap onto the red mesh inside the head. The front of the cap is attached about 1/4" above the top of the mouth opening. Then I tacked the back of the cap with needle and thread to the back of the head. I also attached a piece of ribbon to each side of the cap so you can tie it under your chin. With the ball cap in place, the head stands up with no problem and you can move your head from side to side and bend over and still see out the mouth. I ordered a "standard" adult size, but was sent an XLG. Don't want to hassle with a return, so I'm...
Gengi!
Great Costume. Just know that the back is almost entirely open, like a hospital gown. You may want to put some heavy paper or stuffing in the head to make it stay upright. It looks great though!
