I purchased a "Freddy Krueger" Halloween costume for my son. It came with the mask, hat, shirt and glove for less than $40.00. Now that's what I call a bargain. Other places wanted $40.00 just for the mask. My order arrived promptly and everything else went smoothly.Very cheap quality-Im sure not the sellers fault
This costume is very cheaply made. The mask and hat are foam and misshapen. It is nearly impossible to shape the hap to actually look like a fedora; instead it looks like an odd pointy fishermans hat. The Freddy face is almost completely flat. The glove is already falling apart are just trying them on. The shirt is ok, its short but the material is normal costume material. If given a second chance, knowing what I know now, there is no way I would buy this again! Definitely NOT recommendedhorriable Freddy Kruegar costume

The first thing I note is that when I opened the packaging and pulled out the hat, I cringed. It's a ridiculously cheap hat that was already beaten up just from the shipping. I shelved it and got a better one from Target.
The belt was not that much better. The cloth is paper thin, and it has a cheap, plastic-y feel, although the buckle is at least metal which made me feel a little better.
The last complaint is on the "boots." I don't know what the fascination is with these ridiculous "Boot tops" in costumes nowadays, but I hate them. I would've gladly paid $20 more for a pair of even mediocre boots, but instead you get these things.You basically have the choice of wearing the pants over dress shoes or cutting the boot tops off in favor of actual boots.
Aside from these things, the costume is nice. I normally make my own costumes, but I didn't have time and didn't want to wear my hot armor with Halloween looking to be so warm this year, and even I'm at...Cool costume

When I saw this type of "Supreme" costume was going to be available, I was excited and ordered the "Standard" size. I looked forward to its arrival. But one thing made me a bit skeptical, the name Rubies was on it. When it finally arrived, my fears became reality! But first let me tell you the good. The cape and robe are outstanding and quality. They both are very long! I am 5'7" 160lbs. So I had to get them both shortend. The chest box and belt are pretty cool and light up to give a great effect. I did have to modify the belt and cheap cod piece to fit tightly on my 30" waist. But after that, it all is downhill!!
The jumpsuit is made of pleather with a thin cotton lining. It is of typical Rubies quality (fair at best). It is not tapered to fit anyones body. The disadvantage of a "one size fits all!" But overall a bit cheap. The gloves (gauntlets) are just as cheesy!! Same material but they do fit pretty good and don't look to bad, but they could have been better. The leg armor...Not as good as you expect
First let me say the review giving it 1 star is accurate. The mask is terrible, everything said is true. The face is warped to one side and so is the back. Mine appears to not even be finished. The plastic doesn't have a good shiny finish to it, and one side has a stripe in the finish (part is shiny the rest isn't, same all over the front). Absolutely inexcusable for the amount some people are paying. Luckily I have another one that is about 23 years old and in good condition.
The cape is nicer than I expected and the armor is ok. The back to the boot tops is too large and does allow them to fall down, but that can be fixed. There is a problem with the cape pulling the armor up and back, again this can be fixed.
By the way I am 6 feet tall and weigh 185lbs. with a 36 inch waist. The fit is as good as you can expect for a mass produced costume.
Overall I'm disappointed with the purchase. When I spend this much I shouldn't have to "fix" anything at all...Good, but not Great
This costume is good, but not Great. Like the previous reviewers, I would have been thrilled with this if the price was 200-300 dollars. but for 599 (what I paid on ebay) this thing is a total rip off. I like the costume, and the jumpsuit. the cape and inner cape are perfect. But the helmet is a disaster. Luckily I have another one from years ago to wear. For a off the shelf costume, this thing is awesome. For the price, a ripoff. I needed something in a hurry, so this will do for now. I plan to have the body suit tailored in the future though.

Its a costume which is pretty much what it looks like in the picture. Comfortable fit etc, etc.
However the bottom did not have any pockets...so if your planning to go for a party in this....especially a Halloween party, wear it with jeans.

This was the first item I ever bought on Amazon and I must say it was a wonderful experience! First, this costume looks OUTSTANDING! It will make you feel like you are the real Michael Jackson! Second, it came with very fast protective shipping which is always a good sign for costumers. Overall, I would say this product and seller are AWESOME!

Look:
1 piece jumpsuit in black/grey polyester knit that ties in the back around the neck like a hospital gown. The muscle chest is fairly well done. The "attached boot tops" it describes are simply a pattern painted onto the pants fabric that end in a padded shoe cover -- not like what is pictured (which looks like a real boot topper). The gauntlet portion came deformed and kind of "chewed" looking because they are cut from a junky "foam-like" material.
The belt is gold colored, but it does not have a metallic finish as pictured and it's hollow, so it comes deformed and dorky looking (with gold colored fabric to tie behind your back), so buy yourself the better "official" belt with combined shipping if you think you'll need it. The mask/cape looks pretty decent.
Fit:
Size large is fairly roomy around the waist, legs, and chest as indicated by the size chart. Leg inseam = 32" crotch-to-nape-of-neck length =...okay
It was a little lower quality than I expected but it was sized right and the price wasn't too bad.not like it seems

Be warned! This costume is not how it appears on the images and requires some work and a lot of velcro to make it look presentable. The hat is sewn on backwards and not positioned in the correct place. The waistcoat is folded so tightly together the red print has rubbed off on the white areas. The wings and supports at the back do not work so they either flap over your shoulders or collapse behind you and the material used for the fur is not what it appears on the picture being a far cheaper material that is almost see-through. Not a good costume considering the price.Not what I expected
The costume was wadded up in the bag like someone had returned it and didn't fold it back up nicely. The red color on the cape had bled into the white. On the hood the hat was sewn on backwards and exactly on top of the head not off to one side like in the picture. The wings wouldn't stay up the had to be pinned and bent and still didn't look right. Alot of money for a costume that had to be made over.Great idea, poor execution...
I'm a huge fan of full-body costumes ready to go out of the bag, but this one just did not meet expectations. Body suit fits fine, but the wings are difficult to wear and do not easily fan out as the stock photo displays. The little hat on top also comes essentially folded together (stuffed some tissue in there to give it volume).
