The costume looks good from the front and is well made, however getting into it is almost impossible without help. The small opening provided below the crotch for restroom use is completely futile (painful in fact). There is no way in he** any normal man could "maneuver" out of the opening without risking injury or pain. The mask (hood) is of no plausible use, as there is no way to see out of it. The eyes are not constructed of mesh like most masks. The eye area is made of the same spandex as the rest of the costume. It has no openings in the side to access pockets if shorts were worn under it, and there's no integral pocket for money, credit cards, ID, etc. The fingers fit well, but again, render your digits worthless, as the spandex is slick and makes picking up impossible, and if you're lucky enough to be given an item, holding on to it is precarious. This was a very nice costume for the price. I was surprised by how well it fit and stood up. It looks exactly like the picture on the box. The only downside was that the shoe covers at my ankles were a good 2 inches too small. There is no way this would fit well on many people. Not too big of a deal though. I did not try on the wrist covers, as I separately purchased my own latex wrist covers and gloves as well as a cool looking warhammer.
The mask seemed a bit smashed when I received it, however when I put it on with the shoulder pads and the rest of the costume it actually seems to have been made that way and it looked great. I ended up winning scariest costume at the party. I would recommend this to anyone. I bought this costume for Halloween last year and it was pretty much awesome. Whether it was scaring drunk girls, tackling people in banana costumes, or everybody wanting to take a picture with you, it was pretty sweet. It looks great and it is pretty funny.
And now the negatives:
It is very hard to breathe in. It feels like you are laying in your bed with your face down on your pillow, which can get very exhausting/hot/sweaty when you are trying to run around (acting like a monkey). I couldn't wear the mask for more than 15 minutes without taking it off, especially in a crowded room full of people. If you step in a puddle, which I did, be prepared to be miserable. Once your feet get wet it is like walking around in scuba-diving flippers, so you better hope it doesn't rain when you are wearing it. Also, do not buy this costume if you are over 6 ft. tall. I am 6 ft, and it is pretty much the maximum height for this, otherwise you will be hunched over when...best costume!
my 12yr old was a HIT at costume parties, the school dance and during trick or treating. everyone wanted to take pictures WITH and of him! and its big enough that he and his friends can use it for mascot things too, so this was an awesome investment.Monkey Suits are Baller

The kangaroo kigurumi is super cute and comfortable. It fits perfectly and keeps me very warm during the winter weather. It is made out of good, durable material. My family gets much enjoyment out of seeing me walk around in it, lol. The baby kangaroo in the pouch is cute and the pouch is useful when I want to carry my iPod or a small book with me.

Ren pants that have pockets and look legit; for 20 bucks, good deal. I got XL, I'm a 6'4" athletically built guy. I'm by no means small but I'm also not overweight at all; just a large frame. Even so, I could probably get 2 of me in these pants the waist is so big. The draw string draws them comfortably tight though. Legs could be 2-3 inches longer, but they look fine when I'm standing up. Other than that I'd say they're great. Thin, freely flowing fabric. VERY comfortable. Honestly I might buy more just to wear as my every day clothes they're so comfortable... you know, if they were 3 inches longer. With that said if you're going to be wearing them in cooler weather (jacket required) I'd wear long johns under these or something so you don't get cold. Should be great for the summer Ren fair though.Lightweight and cheap
These are VERY lightweight pants. I ordered a large because I was a little worried about the waist, and they are probably closer to a XXL. Not only that, but they are a little short as well, so it's not like I can try and shrink them to fit.
All in all, not very happy with this product and would not recommend for this price.Good costume pants for the price
Bought these Renaissance pants for my husband to wear to a Renaissance Faire and a costume party. The pants fit him well (he's a large man and had plenty of room in them) and made his outfit look good. Downside is that the material is thin....my husband had to wear bicycle short underneath the pants so there wouldn't be any see-through. So...I ordered this for Halloween a couple years back. I expected it to contain the power to make a few people giggle at my obvious poking fun at the zombie worshiping christians out there. Well...the joke was on me. At the Halloween party alone, I brought back 2 zombies from the dead, walked on some punch filling a rather large punch bowl, and fed everyone attending with nothing but half a bag of tootsie rolls and a big banana flavored laffy taffy.
The only drawback to this costume is that now I keep hearing all of these constant prayers of people asking to win the lotto or have their lame ass football teams win the big game. If that sort of thing doesn't bother you, this is definitely the costume for you.OK for a costume
