I used this costume not as a traditional halloween costume but as an outfit for an old fashioned day. It was a big hit, and it cost a fraction of what other costumes like it cost. Only drawback to it was that it had no pockets for keys/change. Very well made outfit to appear at a glance like a real suit.Nice costume
Nice costume for a party - the dickey for the shirt is a little small and the velcro catches some, but could easily wear a t-shirt underneath to solve that problem. Fits well, comfortable.Great idea!

The quality of the boot is excellent; the price is right, but, the advertisement re: the shoe size is misleading. The boot comes in ranges of size. My son wears a 9.5, so of course I got the M because it said size 10, however, M/10 = 10-12! That is HUGE! I should have gotten the S = 8-10 which would have been IN his range.
Too painful to exchange. We never could have gotten the exchange in time for the event. Very disappointing.Poor Quality Merchandise - Difficult to Return

Just recieved the shoes. I was nervous not being real leather as to the quality. but they are actually well made shoes.
I will be using these in the SCA for events and as soon as they get a little dusty, They will look perfect.

I like this costume very much, I even won a 2nd price on Halloween 2006 when wearing it (I should have won 1st but the other guy brought lots of friends to the first row who where cheering very loud). The gloves were NOT included in my package, you also have to provide your own pants and shoes that match the fabric of the coat. The shirt and sleeves are sewn to the coat, so you may have to use some undergarment with it so the coat fabric won't cause any kind of discomfort on your skin. The buttons are very nice, so it is the medallion wich is also sewn in place. The coat won't open, so you have to put it on over your head. I complemented the costume with a top hat, a skeleton walking cane, my own white gloves, some very realistic fangs and a long black wig, wich for next time, I will use it shorter. I have a picture of me and my girlfriend when using this costume, I'll try to include it in the pictures section for this item.Fine

For $40 hopefully you wear it as a costume more than once. Is it halloween party quality? Yes. Convention quality? I've never been, but I would say no. For that you need something between this and a custom made under armor shirt. The plastic science badge that came with it was plastic and cheap. It was scratched and should be replaced with the metal ones for sale on here for about $10. The size was a bit loose for a medium. I read a previous review that said to buy one size smaller, so I did. I'm about 6'1 and 185lbs with an athletic build. Not super scrawny, but I don't have bulging muscles or a gut either. Without trying on a small (if it's even available, I may recommend two sizes smaller than your "normal" shirt size if you want the movie look). For some reference a Large Gildan T-shirt fits comfortably on me. A medium Gildan shirt fits, but it's pretty tight. Sleeve length was a little past the wrist, so you may be able to get away with going two sizes small...OVERSIZED!
I was very pleased to get a great deal on the purchase of the Blue Star Trek 2009 'just like the movie' Uniform. I wear x Large. I ordered large. I recieved the item and tried it on. It hangs like moomoo. It was way tooo big. I'm used to ordering the next size up to make sure it fits. I don't know what pattern they are using. I had to return it. Great return policy. Now I'm stumped...do I order a medium or small. No one can answer that. Even the sizing chart is wrong. I've decided not to order and let it go. Too much workone size too big
I ordered an x-large and the thing is maybe a XXL pushing into XXXL territory. Tag says XL. It's huge. Sleeves go down way past my hands. Order one size smaller than normal.

This costume is great! Comes with the pants, the top and the head part, ohh and the shoulder pads that blow up to it looks like you are headless!
My husband wore this (I added pictures above) for Halloween while handing out candy to the neighborhood kids and more than half of the kids were really scared, they didnt understand where his head went! They stood there and stared with their mouths open not knowing exactly what to do. He is already fairly tall (6'1) so it was even better!
The adults in the neighborhood got a kick out of it too and said it was a great costume.
If we planned better we wouldve got a fake head and white gloves, instead we used a little white face paint on his hands.

This costume is true to size. It fit an actor who was about 6'2" (we ordered the XL). The arms and leg pieces that are supposed to look like armor definitely do from far away. However, the quality of those pieces aren't the best. It did serve our purposes and looked great on stage for our knight. The crown is made of a heavy silicon like product and it was a bit too small for our actors head.
Overall it was a good choice for our show. I wish it was of a bit better quality so that it would last longer.Costume review

If you're a civilized grown adult and wish to dress up like a Star Wars creature please choose a character like Greedo, Admiral Ackbar or Bib Fortuna. Yoda is meant for kids (or little people) only. The person modeling this costume looks flat-out ridiculous and absurd. They should have used a child model in this case. Another character that's just as bad a choice (for grown adults) is the Jawa. Please do not dress up like a Jawa if you're over 5 feet. I purchased two of these costumes for a 1940's theme day for work. Upon receiving them, I immediately took them out of their bags and inspected them for any defects. I was quite pleased with the quality. They are a medium weight cotton/polyester blend fabric and there were no defects and I was pleased with the overall look of them. My only issue is that the medium, which was the smallest size available, was just a tad too big on me for my taste, I'm 5' 10", 155 pounds, 41" chest 32" waste and 32" inseam. With a little home alterations, I as able to tailor the costume to fit me the way I wanted it to. But otherwise, I'm sure it would have looked just fine the way it was. But the other costume, which was for my co worker was a bit bigger on him and required more alterations, 5' 9", 140 pounds, 36" chest, 29" waste and 30 inch inseam. He definitely needed a small. But all in all, I'm super pleased with the costumes and will definitely start with 7th Avenue for all of my costume needs...> Click to See Editorial Reviews

Bought this on Amazon after finding it on other costume websites for a lot more - and even got Prime on this. Perfect for a Halloween party - it survived an intense night of drinking/bar crawling...what more could you ask for? Everyone commented on it and ran in to a few others wearing the same costume. It has slits in the arms for your hands so that you can hold drinks, etc. The feet were filthy by the end of the night but after a good soak and wash they came out looking like new. Had to buy a pair of black soccer socks to cover the space between the bottom of the costume and the feet, but not a big deal. Highly recommended if you an extremely comfortable, cheap costume.Funny, Quality Costume
I purchased this costume with the other reviewer on this post, and I agree, it's a very good costume.
It is made out of a durable material, with a full-body pullover that is the main body of the penguin, and attachable feet on the bottom. The only thing not said about the product is you need to have a pair of black sweatpants under the costume to complete the look - only if the pullover doesn't cover your shins.
The costume is hilarious, 5 stars :DGREAT COSTUME
