Not worth the money by any stretch. The only piece in this set that is worth anything is the helmet and if you look around can you can find the helmet for much cheaper on the internet to the tune of $15. Words cannot describe how rediculous this costume is. Extremely low quality product. 70 bucks? No way. Buy yourself some dark blue PJs or long underwear and glue the cobra symbol on it. Thats pretty much what you get. Not nearly as cool as the picture lets on.Great costume! ...But not ready to go as is
I have to give this costume at least four stars (and should give it five based on the amount of fun I had wearing it over the long Halloween weekend). Cobra commander is a great character and this set can only be viewed as the starting point of a really superb costume. Its simply not ready to wear straight out of the box :
- its a unitard style not really designed for humans (i.e. no pockets, no way to go to the bathroom - you'd have to take the whole thing off to actually go to the bathroom)
- the belt is only front facing and doesn't extend to the back of the costume.
- the unitard itself looks pretty crappy
But lets be honest.. most all in one costumes are pretty crappy. The basics of this costume are actually fantastic. The mask is a phenomenal prop and the torso piece, gloves and boots work pretty well. If you're willing to do a bit of work after you get this, you're in for a serious treat. I cut the unitard in two, giving myself pants and a top, added a black...Expect something crappy and you won't be disappointed...
I ordered the 10-15 dollar MASK and was severely let down (I was hoping that it was the whole helmet and it was most certainly not, just a face mask with an elastic band) so I ended up ordering this (from another site for a little less).
I knew the costume would be crap, I knew I was going to throw away the "boots" and either cut the legs off the suit or scrap it all together...
The ascot is a joke. It is tiny and velcroes into the collar.
However for the helmet my options were (as far as I know) the 15 dollar mask which I unfortunately purchased (from amazon so I will probably just return it) or the nice 220 dollar helmet on Ebay. Now don't get me wrong, I would love that ebay helmet, but I just don't see me wearing a full coverage helmet in Tucson all too often no matter how cool it is. Or I could drop the 70-80 bucks on this costume.

I ordered this costume, which arrived in plenty of time for Halloween. Almost every part of the costume looked terrific. The robe was breathable, which made it surprisingly cool to wear, the gloves and mask were in great shape and, after a little confusion on the velcro, the shawl and hood completed the look. The only problem I had- and it's a big one- was with the wings. They were of extremely poor quality (they look and feel like they're made of construction paper), they were fixed in an awkward pose and could not be moved easily and they looked extremely cheap compared to the rest of the costume. This could be a great grim reaper costume by itself, but the whole reason I bought it was for the effect of the wings. Even though they look extremely cool in the sample picture, they look terrible in real life. $50 is a lot of money to pay if you're not going to be able to use the wings, especially when there are so many cheaper grim reaper costumes out there.winged reaper costume review
This is a great costume. Everything was thought of when designing this costume. The wings attach through straps around the arms, but the straps are hidden by the shawl that attaches by velcro to the rope, so you don't have to worry about losing the shawl. Hands and mask are of good quality and are easily worn without the need to worry if they are going to fall off, or the need to keep readjusting them. We did purchase the death scythe to go with the costume. This makes a great looking, but easily worn Halloween costume.Mostly good

I'm not an insane Star Wars fan but..for real. This costume probably cost about $3 to make no joke. The helmet is razor-thin plastic and the back of the suit just looks like i'm wearing a weat-suit. This product looks just like the picture, but the picture looks better than it actually is. The costume is a one piece jumpsuit that does not really fit properly. The helmet is very cheap plastic that fits together with velcro. I used it as a gag costume so it was sufficient, but I could not recommend this product for anything more than a joke. This would never work at a convention like comicon.This is not the armor you are looking for...
To start off, this costume came to me dirty, with the foam pieces folded and creased. As far as the stature, the armor pieces are meant for someone about 6'2", not me at my standard 5'10". The armor is shotty and cheap, and there are no back pieces to it, simply white cloth. I highly advise against this costume, as even at this price it is not worth it. The helmet is garbage, with the eye pieces so covered in hot glue that you can't see out of it. Please don't buy this costume. I though it would be fun, and was completely wrong. I'm quite happy with the product~ The reason i gave it only four stars is because the brown strips in the back aren't like they are shown in the picture also the tail is different.. it's not zig-zagged like pikachu's tail is.. it's more of a straight line with a curve at the end~ and finally the nose is a small oval shaped not a smooth-cornered triangle. This is a great costume that helped me win first prize in a contest! The head is ENORMOUS. To make it fit I had to stuff the dome with paper and wear a knit ski cap which was fortunately not too warm given the climate was already chilly. The cape is well made as is the chest plate/shirt. The belt and gloves looked great ! The pants look like grandpas droopy drawers so I ordered a pair of running tights(underarmour) from Amazon. The boot tops also did not cut it so wore other boots! All in all it offered a real movie look that was impressive. Other batman costumes come with more faux muscle. I bought regular Ocello sponges and some first aid tape to hold them in place. The look was great and I saved about $400 over a different batman suit! I got this outfit on sale at amazon for $179. Still pricey, but it did provide a polished look.Very poor
