it was ok for what it was made for, except I had to tailor every dimension of it to make it fit me. The picture makes you think it will fit a regular sized guy, but this was made for a 300 lb man or larger. also, the mask and belt were comically cheaply made...Came As Advertised and Quick Too!
This is a great costume. Once I made my purchase I contacted the seller about the size (I think thats everyones main concern) but I was told the XXL size is the only one available. (I would also like to add that the seller was QUICK to respond. Thats always a PLUS) Once I recieved the Mr. Incredible costume it was very big on me. Im 6 foot 4 about 200 pounds 34 waist and in shape so I needed to take it in some. Lucky for me I have a family member that knows how to sew. With only a few alterations I was able to make the costume fit me perfectly. This is a great costume, but be ready to taylor it a little if you are not a 42 waist. This is a great costume and we really enjoyed using it.
FYI: my husband is tall (6'1") and fairly thin (wears a 32" waist)and the large fit him well in the height and was only a little baggy in the overall fit. He typically wears a large (*sometimes* a medium) in mens shirts.Used to a Crimestoppers Meeting

This is a great looking costume. I like what I received, and it look MUCH LESS DORKY than most Christmas elf costumes - whatever that means. A few drawbacks though:
(1) the little bells tend to fall off in the wash... dry clean only?
(2) it does not come with the red/white socks - for what I paid for this, you should really include a friggin $2 pair of socks, I mean REALLY!
(3) the belt is crap - it's like a piece of gold dental floss. Again, for the price, they could have done better.
Again, I really liked this costume, but I gotta say, it's only half a costume. To make it look good, you really gotta get socks, elf shoes, and a real belt that is not just a tiny piece of sting. It took me several more hours of shopping, and about $30 additional to pull together these extras. Do not like this part. Just allow me to rate it with stars. My comments are never posted unless they are all positive.Extremely poor construction
This costume is very limited and not worth the price. It comes with the pants, jacket, and a hat. No gloves, no wig, no goatee, no shirt, and no shoes or shoe covers.
Pants: The satin-sheen fabric is nice-looking and colorful, but it's so thin you can actually see through it. You would need to wear white pants under the costume pants.
Jacket: It's not really a jacket, but rather an extremely thin shirt. The lapels are totally limp and fall down so they must be pinned or sewn to points near the shoulders. My shirt came with a defective button that is obviously chipped. The buttons are glued on-- not sewn.
Hat: Very colorful and made of felt, it is about as limp as the lapels on the jacket. It would need to stuffed from the inside or starched to keep it upright as in the photo. The white felt stars on the hat are sewn on in a manner that really highlights the poor quality of this costume overall: The stitching looks like it was done by a blind...> Click to See Editorial Reviews

This shirt was to be used for my high school son to be the Dread Pirate Roberts along with his date, Buttercup, for a high school dance. It was perfect!! In one evening of shopping on Amazon.com my husband and I purchased his entire outfit (he already had the boots) for less than $100. Since then I have washed the shirt and it washed very nicely. Of course, I never put our costume items in the drier; I cold wash and hang dry. We were very pleased with this purchase.feg
This shirt has a VERY STRANGE CUT to it. IT IS VERY NARROW AT THE WAIST. I bought this shirt for my husband, who is tall and thin. I got this costume for Halloween hoping to just use the body suit part. Upon first use it worked out pretty well, not as good of quality as something like the Greenman suit I have, but this was cheaper than most lycra body suits and I didn't need the face/hands/feet closed. It fit pretty well overall, a little tight around the thighs and a little loose around the waist (I'm pretty average body type). I was able to bend and stretch without feeling too restricted movement wise. Halloween night went pretty well and it was quite warm for being full body covering which was good since it was a chilly night. I used the costume again a few months later for another party and upon putting it on the second time I heard a slight tearing sound from the crotch area, I slowly took it off and sure enough the seam in that area had been torn. This product comes just as described. It fit well and it came in the proper packaging. This costume is a big hit and everyone recognizes the character. It is better when paired with one of your friends being Luigi! The only downfall of this costume is that it is popular and if you are going to the bar or a Halloween party, someone else will most likely have the same costume on.Don't expect to use the belly
This costume comes with an inflatable belly, and for those of us who don't have a beer gut, it would be very useful when wearing the costume. The problem is that the belly is made out of such cheap plastic that it comes with holes in it, and if you try to repair them you will just get other holes that take their place.

I was slightly disappointed with this costume. The pants did not really represent what was work in the movie (nor did it match what was on the description) and the wig was absolutely worthless. I wound up going with my own hair after styling it with some gel. As for comfort, the costume was great. Overall I rate it as a three. On a side note, I would only wear it around people who have seen the movie. Better quality than most other costumes out there. Great details (boot covers, belt, cape, muscle chest plate, etc.) make this costume a must have.
