Got this and immediately returned it. Not only did it not fit (my size is in the range described in the listing), it's made of really thin, cheap material that doesn't match the price.Not as good in real life.

This costume shipped and arrived on time! it came with all the pieces it said to have and was pretty good quality as well! the only downfall was that the costume smelled so strongly of like mothballs or maybe it was the checmicals they use to treat the fabric, I don't know, but i had to air it out for 3 days and used fabreeze and it still smelled pretty strong.Incomplete for this price - and stinky!
The costumes always look good in the pics. This one did not come as well as advertised. There is no way to "secure" either the vest or the jacket closed. It would take a nickel's worth of velcro and the jacket/vest would stay closed. So the whole night at the Halloween party, I kept having to close the jacket and vest.
The boots were the worst part. When we opened the packaging, the smell of the rubber/plastic/whatever the material of the boot coverings were was overwhelming. We had to leave them outside for a week (not being facetious - a week) for them to air out. It was awful. And the boots themselves have no way to "hold" up. They kept falling down to my shoes, so they were pretty well useless.
The jacket and coat looked nice, and the hat was fine as well. But it was not a very convenient or easy costume to wear. Disappointed... for $90 it should be better.> Click to See Editorial Reviews

only errors in this order were the loose threads, even though this is the fancy and relatively much more screen accurate version. (At a local costume store compared both this and the economy version of the costumes.) Thankfully the seller was nearby so delivery was basically the next day without the extra fee. The detailed mask alone is worth the cost, but I still bought it for the robe/trenchcoat which had some loose threads but otherwise very pleased and very entertaining over this Halloween season, and would look forward to its future use and sales with this seller as well! Even though this costume includes just the overcoat, it is a good inversion, specially if you think long term and versatility.
It is made of quality polyester, and it is probable that it will survive for more than just one Halloween, specially if you treat and store it with care. My package states that the coat will fit to sizes up to 6 ft and 200 lbs (183 cm, 90.72 kg). Be warned, it can not be buttoned as it does not have buttonholes - it is made to be worn open. The decorative buttons are made of plastic, but they look like real metal and have a Victorian flair, and it doesn't scream "Cheap!", as it is usual with this kind of costumes.
The fact that you can combine it with your own pants and shirt helps to give the outfit a more serious and elegant appearance than the cheesy image of the vampire with the widow peak and the shiny red and black cape. This product arrived on the estimated arrival date, which is great because it was needed the day it arrived! I ordered it the 15th and it arrived on the 19th with standard shipping. The packaging was nice and organized. I ordered this product from Toynk Toys. I ordered this for my friend so we could coordinate costumes. He was Hercules, and I was a Athena. The costume served its purpose well, and it stayed on pretty well. The skirt part of the costume is pretty awesome! However, the pleaded part shown on the front of the skirt in the picture is not on the back. There is just plain brown material. I got a cape and pinned it to the shoulder pieces to hide the plain material. The skirt was about one inch above his knee caps, so the length was pretty decent. The waist is elastic so it should fit most sizes about 27"-40" around the waist. The gold on the skirt is very shiny and rich so if you are going for the rustic look, this is not it. I bought it for my husband who was my zombie groom and performed the thriller dance at a Halloween party. Although it was less expensive than other male zombie groom costumes and made rather simply (all one piece), as he completed the look with zombie makeup and a wig, he got many compliments. The gray gauze drape attached to the piece definitely helped to add extra spookiness.
Minus 1 star because:
1. It didn't come with a pair of black pants

Picked this up as part of a cosplay I'm building. Seemed cool online.
Got the product & was fairly disappointed. The cap was horribly painted. Paint was slapped and off the design markers all over. Been working on removing the paint to repaint it myself.
The shirt was sewn horribly. Back doesn't line up with the front on the shoulders. Bunching at seams throwing off the tattoo designs & the sleeves were too short. All round an odd fit. Had to sew the gloves to the sleeves just for the length.
Was expecting better quality considering it is from Rubie's. I highly recommend finding something better.Good concept. Odd sizes

This costume is the only viable option when considering how to have a decent Captain Jack Sparrow costume. Everything else is either horrible or not even close. This Jacket alone would cost you 200 dollars to find a comparable one.
With this costume and a few affordable upgrades (if you so choose to make an accurate replica costume) you'll be winning costume contests with this at the heart of your wardrobe. Pieces I'd suggest you upgrade from this costume: Attach your own buttons, use two replica belts and sword holder, a longer sash and you'll be set. The pants do not have belt loops but through a few modifications they will be perfect. The vest is amazing (short in the back however) and the jacket could use some pins keeping the sleeve cuffs together.
I combined this costume with the 20 dollar Disney bandana w/ dreads (I wasn't happy with that wig) combined with the 7 dollar walmart wig to create a somewhat more accurate jack sparrow wig. I would suggest...Excellent basis to work on...

I'd been looking for a costume in Germany but i didn't find any decent one, till i got tipped off for looking in America to find a nice one. The shipping was 33€ (express) and i found it ok. I can't tell about the costum-fee as i havent recieved the bill yet, but i think they will just ask for 19% of the costume price which was , shipping excluded 110€. So i think i got to pay about 20 € on top for custom-fee.
The Costume is really nice and the best thing is by far the coat, but the rest is compare to other costumes i ve seen so far really nice as well. It will need a few stiches as the buttoms of pants and vest come off really quick, but thats easy to do.
